Different tools, one way of listening
I do not work with a single technique, because people do not arrive with a single kind of question. What does not change is how it starts: by listening.
Each of these disciplines looks from a different place. Homeopathy looks at the body as a whole and at its history. Kinesiology asks the body directly. Psychological astrology opens another view of the moment you are in. Bach Flowers accompany the emotional moment. Coded acupuncture adds a technique that needs no needles. Facial reflexology asks nothing at all: it stops.
It is rare to use only one, and rare to decide in the first conversation. Choosing the right tool is part of the work — and it is my part.
Homeopathy
Understanding the person as a whole, beyond the symptom they present today.
Homeopathy starts from a simple idea: two people with the same complaint are not the same person. One sleeps badly and the other does not. One is worse in the cold, the other in the heat. One keeps it inside and the other says everything.
Emotional Kinesiology
Asking the body what the mind cannot yet put into words.
There are things we understand perfectly well and still cannot change. You know what you want to do, you know why it would be good for you, and something digs its heels in.
Psychological Astrology
One more tool within the work we do together.
Psychological Astrology is a tool for self-knowledge and personal understanding that I bring into my sessions when I consider that it can offer a new view of the process a person is going through.
Bach Flowers
A gentle way of supporting the emotional world.
Bach Flowers are a system of flower essences that I use as a supporting tool in processes connected with the emotional world and personal wellbeing.
Coded Acupuncture
A complementary tool within the work we do together.
Coded Acupuncture is a system of his own created by Jaume Sellart, acupuncturist and my partner, who has spent years studying, developing and coding acupuncture through binary codes.
Facial Reflexology
When the body finds its balance, the face shows it too.
Facial reflexology works through the stimulation of the reflex points of the face, to encourage physical, emotional and energetic balance. During the session I also work on reflex points of the hands and the feet, which are closely related to the face.
So which one do I need?
You do not have to decide. Here is how I choose, with concrete examples, so you know what to expect before booking anything.
