Stretching and Conscious Breathing
Move your body, breathe, listen to yourself.

My classes start from a very simple idea: breathing is the basis of all body work.
We breathe thousands of times a day automatically, but we rarely stop to observe how we do it. In class we learn to become aware of our breathing and to use it as a tool of our own, both during the practice and in daily life.
Breathing accompanies all the body work. We do not simply stretch the body: we learn to breathe while we move, to listen to what the body needs and to release tension through movement and breath.
These classes are for you if…
- You want to improve your mobility and flexibility.
- You feel tension or stiffness in your body.
- You want to learn to breathe more consciously.
- You want to work on posture and balance.
- You want to strengthen your base and become more aware of your feet.
- You want to work the pelvic floor through movement and body awareness.
- You need a space to slow down and look after yourself.
- You are looking for a practice that connects body, breath and emotional wellbeing.
No previous experience is needed, and neither is any particular level of fitness. The work adapts to the moment and to what each person can do.
Three ways to practise
You can start with any of the three. You do not need previous experience, or to know which option suits you best.
One-to-one session in person
An individual space to get to know how you breathe and how you move, and to become aware of what your body needs. We work on conscious breathing, movement and stretching in a personalised way, adapting the practice to you and to where you are. The idea is that you leave with simple resources for daily life.

Regular classes in Bellvís
Regular group meetings, from September to June. In each class we work on conscious breathing, mobility, stretching, posture, the feet and the pelvic floor, with the wooden log and a closing space of relaxation. The group brings something of its own: sharing the space and breathing together is part of the process too.

One-to-one session online
If you cannot come in person, you can also work on conscious breathing and body awareness from home. The session adapts to your space and your needs, with breathing, mobility and stretching exercises you can do comfortably and safely. It is a good option if you live far away or have little time.

What a class is like
Through gentle stretching, mobility and body awareness exercises, we gradually recover flexibility, presence and a better relationship with the body.
Because the breathing stays conscious throughout the exercises, the work is not only physical: it is also a way to stop, slow down and reconnect with yourself.
You go at your own pace throughout. The work adapts to what you can do today, not to what you could do five years ago.
The body starts at the feet
In class I use the wooden log, a tool that helps us work above all on our base: the feet.
Working on the log we can support the work of the pelvic floor muscles while we also work on posture, balance, stability and awareness of the feet. Because the feet are much more than the point where the body rests: they are our base.
A space to slow down
Every class ends with a space of relaxation and body awareness: a few minutes to let go, breathe and slow down after the physical work.
Because for me, working with the body is not only moving it. It is learning to listen to it.
You take a tool with you
Your breath is always with you. You do not depend on a machine, on a particular space or on any equipment to use it.
Learning to breathe consciously gives you a resource you can also use outside class, in those moments when you need to stop, slow down and come back to yourself.

What to bring
Comfortable clothes that let you move freely, and a mat for the practice.
We usually work barefoot and, if it is cold, I recommend bringing a small blanket or something warm for the final relaxation.
For some practices we may use a rigid strap, an elastic band, rubber or tennis balls. No need to bring everything: I will tell you what you need for each session.
The wooden log is part of the work I do in class. If you do not have one, ask me and I will provide one for you.
