Psychological Astrology

One more tool within the work we do together.

Una carta natal impresa sobre la mesa de trabajo.

Psychological Astrology is a tool for self-knowledge and personal understanding that I bring into my sessions when I consider that it can offer a new view of the process a person is going through.

Through the birth chart we can look at patterns, tendencies, resources and different ways of relating to ourselves and to what is around us. That view can help us understand certain experiences, emotions or moments of change a little better.

I do not use astrology to predict the future or to give closed answers. I use it as a tool for reflection and awareness that can complement the work we are doing and open up new perspectives.

It is not an independent therapy within my practice, but a complementary tool that I can bring in alongside other resources when I consider that it can enrich the process. It is not about telling you who you are, but about offering you a new view so that you can understand yourself better.

This may help if…

  • You are at a point of change and would like to understand it better.
  • You want to look at yourself from a perspective other than the usual one.
  • You repeat ways of relating and would like to see the pattern.
  • You want to understand yourself, not to have your future told.

How I work

Every session is different, because it starts from the person, from their moment in life and from what they need to work on.

At a first meeting we will spend some time getting to know what has brought you here, what you are living through and what you would like to understand, change or work on.

From there, I weigh up which tools are most suitable to accompany you in your process. Depending on what you need, we can work with Emotional Kinesiology, Facial Reflexology, Bach Flowers, Homeopathy, Conscious Breathing, Psychological Astrology or Coded Acupuncture.

I do not follow a closed protocol. I adapt each session to the person and to the moment they are living through, aiming for support that is individual and respectful.

What happens in a first session

Psychological Astrology is not a separate session: it is a tool I bring into the work when I consider that it can add something.

What to bring
Just you, and whatever you want to share. For a first session it helps to have your date and place of birth to hand and, if you know it, the exact time: it lets me use the birth chart if along the way I see that it can offer something. If you do not know it, do not worry; we can work with other tools just the same.
What will NOT happen
I am not looking to give you closed answers or to tell you what to do. This is a space for listening to you, understanding you and opening up new perspectives so that you can make your own decisions.

Frequently asked questions

What if I do not know my time of birth?
Do not worry. We can have the session just the same. If at some point I consider that Psychological Astrology can offer something to your process, we will work with whatever birth details you have. The exact time gives a fuller picture of the birth chart, but it is not essential. If you want to try to find it, you can check the family book or request the full birth certificate from the corresponding civil registry.
Is this fortune telling?
No. I do not work with predictions, or with the idea of anticipating what will happen. I use Psychological Astrology as a tool for self-knowledge and reflection that can help you understand patterns, resources and moments in life a little better.
Will you tell me what I should do?
No. The decisions are yours. My part is to be with you and to offer tools and new perspectives so that you can understand better what you are living through and make your own decisions.
Can it be done remotely?
Yes. Sessions can be in person or by video call, depending on what suits you. Psychological Astrology is particularly easy to bring into online sessions, since the birth chart can be looked at and worked through together during the meeting.

Shall we talk it through?

If you are not sure whether this is what you need, write to me and we will look at it together. You do not have to work it out on your own.
