Bach Flowers are a system of flower essences that I use as a supporting tool in processes connected with the emotional world and personal wellbeing.
Starting from the moment each person is living through, I select the essences I consider most suitable to accompany their emotional needs, always from an individual point of view.
It is not about finding a flower for every problem, but about understanding how you feel, what you are living through and what you need right now.
This may help if…
- You are at a moment of change, or in a period of transition.
- You are carrying a stretch of stress and emotional tension.
- You are going through a time of sadness or low spirits.
- There are worries or fears taking up more room than you would like.
- You find certain emotions hard to handle.
- You are in a process of personal change.
- You need to recover calm and balance.
How I work
Choosing the essences is personal, and it starts from the emotional moment each person is living through.
During the session we talk about what you are living through, the emotions that are present and what you would like to work on. When I consider it appropriate, I use Emotional Kinesiology as a complementary tool to explore and select the flower essences that can best accompany your process.
From that assessment, I prepare a personalised combination of Bach Flowers.
Bach Flowers can be a session of their own, or be part of a wider process alongside the other tools I use in my practice.
What happens in a first session
- Duration and price
- On request
If Bach Flowers come up within an Emotional Kinesiology session, the price is that of that session, with the combination included.
- What to bring
- Nothing in particular. If you are taking anything — medication, supplements or other essences — tell me at the start.
- What will NOT happen
- I will not ask you to stop any medication or to change anything your doctor has prescribed. Nor will you leave with a standard combination: I do not work with pre-set formulas.
