Work with me

Building something of your own within wellbeing

I want to tell you what I do, how it works and, above all, what it really means to start something in this world.

Some people come to the practice about their skin, their wellbeing or because they are looking to care for themselves differently, and end up asking me something else: how I organised myself to make wellbeing part of my professional project too. This page is for them.

I do not want to sell you an idea of a perfect life or promise you easy results. I want to tell you my experience as it is: what starting involves, how it can fit alongside other work and what you can build if this world interests you too. And above all, what this project is — and what it is not.

Let us start with what it is not

I would rather explain it now than later. It matters to me that you know what this project really involves, so you can decide whether it fits you.

  • It is not a conventional job. There is no salary, no fixed hours and no employment contract. It is a project of your own that you build at your own pace.
  • There is no income guarantee. Results depend on involvement, consistency and what each person decides to build.
  • It is not a fast track. At the beginning there is a stage of training, learning and building trust. Results come with time and consistency.
  • It is not about persuading anyone. I do not believe in chasing people or messaging your whole contact list indiscriminately. The way I approach it is through support, recommendation and building relationships of trust.
  • It is not for everyone. And that is fine. If you are looking for a way to earn without involvement or dedication, this is probably not the project you are looking for.

And now, what it is

  • A project of your own

Yours, at your pace and compatible with what you already do. You can start by giving it a few hours a week and build it up gradually, without suddenly leaving your current work.

  • Real training

Training on the products, the cosmetics, wellbeing and how to support people. And also on a part I consider essential: learning to recommend from listening and good judgement, without selling someone what they do not really need.

  • Close support

I do not hand you a link and disappear. I accompany you through the process, especially at the beginning, so you can learn, resolve doubts and find your own way of doing things. And if at some point I see it is not your moment, or that this project does not fit you, I will tell you that too.

It usually fits if…

  • You already work in wellbeing — beauty, therapies, health or other fields — and want to widen what you offer.
  • You work in another sector and feel like starting to build something of your own little by little, without having to give everything up at once.
  • You are interested in conscious skin care and enjoy recommending products you would use yourself.
  • You are looking for a project compatible with your life, one you can adapt to your own pace — not an activity that ends up taking it over.
  • You enjoy supporting people and building relationships of trust, more than selling for the sake of selling.

How we would start

The first conversation commits you to nothing, and it is where nearly everything gets resolved.

  1. One

    A conversation, no strings

I explain the full model — including the financial side, with its conditions and its limits — and answer anything you want to ask. If it does not fit, it stops there.

  2. Two

    Training

Before supporting anyone you have to know what you are talking about. Product, skin, habits, and how to hold an honest conversation with someone who trusts you.

  3. Three

    Ongoing support

You begin with your first few people and you do not do it alone. We review, correct and adjust the pace to whatever your life allows at the time.

Which brand we are talking about

RINGANA. I am a partner and I sell their products through my own shop, so I earn money when someone buys through me — including if that someone is you. I say it up front because it is what lets you read the rest with your eyes open.

Frequently asked questions

How much can you earn?
I will not give you a figure, and be wary of anyone who does. Any number I put here would be a made-up number: it depends on the hours you give it, your circumstances, your consistency and factors neither of us controls. What I will do is explain in detail how the remuneration works in the first conversation, so you can work it out yourself from real information.
Is there money to invest?
I go through the specific conditions in the first conversation, in writing and with no small print, before you decide anything. That is information you need in order to decide, not something to be mentioned halfway through.
How much time does it take?
You decide, and the outcome will be proportional. Some people fit it into a few hours a week alongside other work; for others it is their main activity. What does not exist is the version that takes no time.
What if I stop?
You stop. There is no minimum term and no penalty for leaving, and you will not get messages trying to talk you round. The exact conditions are also covered in the first conversation.

Let us talk it through, no strings

Tell me in four lines what you do now and what brought you here. If I can see it does not fit, I will say so, and that is fine.
